I am an infectious diseases physician at the VA Boston Healthcare System in West Roxbury, an investigator at the VA Boston Center for Healthcare Organization and Implementation Research and the VA Boston CSP and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. My areas of interest are in dissemination and rapid implementation of evidence into practice, infection control, and antimicrobial stewardship. A major focus of my work is on weighing risks and benefits of different infection prevention strategies and on adapting and expanding infection prevention to non-traditional settings.
