Cassie Goedken graduated from the College of Public Health, University of Iowa with a MPH focused on community and behavioral health and is an Implementation Specialist at the Iowa City VA Health Care System. She serves as the Program Manager for the Iowa RESEARCH {Research & Evaluation to Solve the Emergence of Antimicrobial Resistance in Communities and Hospitals) group as well as the Implementation Specialist for the CARRIAGE QUERI Program. She is also a member of Ethnographic Methods and Implementation Core (EMIC) within the Iowa City VA's Center for Access and Delivery Research and Evaluation (CADRE). Her interests include behavior modification, adherence and compliance, hand hygiene, infection prevention, antibiotic stewardship, quality improvement initiatives, implementation research, community and behavioral health, smoking cessation, and rural veterans.
