Carlos Saldana is a Cheif fellow in Infectious Disease at Emory University School of Medicine, his work involves the understanding on why Latinx communities are disproportionately affected bu HIV, and Public Health interventions surrounding HIV molecular clusters. For this work, Dr. Saldana collaborated with the Fulton County Board of Health and the Georgia Department of Public Health.
