Dafna Yahav is the head of the infectious diseases unit at Sheba Medical Center, Ramat-Gan, Israel; and an associate Professor in Tel-Aviv University, Israel. Her research interests focus on management of bacteremia, multidrug resistant bacterial infections, and infections in immunocompromised patients. She is an ESCMID fellow, secretary of the ESGIE sub-group, member of the ESCMID ethical committee, and member of the ECCMID program committee. She is also a member of the editorial board of the Infectious Diseases and Therapy journal and the PLOS One journal.
