Dr. Nicole Pershing is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the departments of Pathology and Pediatric Infectious Disease at the University of Utah. Dr. Pershing received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2006, and completed an MD/PhD in Pharmacology and Cancer biology from Duke University in 2015, and Pediatric Infectious Disease fellowship in 2021 at the University of Utah in 2018. Dr. Pershing is interested in understanding microbial genomics underpinning invasive and severe infections.
