I am an Assistant Professor in the Brown School and Washington University in St. Louis with three domains of research: (a) examining the sustainability and de-implementation of evidence-based practices, (b) using mixed method, qualitative, and simulation approaches in implementation science, and (c) dissemination and implementation (D&I) of evidence-based practices for infectious disease prevention, particularly HIV. I am the Assistant Director of Research in the Center for Public Health Systems Research, directed by Douglas Luke at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. I serve as a D&I consultant for clinical and public health investigators through the Dissemination and Implementation Research Core in the Institute for Clinical and Translational Sciences (Grant # UL1TR002345) led by Dr. Elvin Geng. I lead the Infectious Disease and D&I Science Initiative (IDDI), a campus-wide initiative to promote the application of D&I research to infectious disease prevention and treatment.
