My name is Emily Sinclair, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP and I am currently an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. I am currently in my second year of clinical practice post-residency. I attended pharmacy school at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. I completed both a first year acute care pharmacy residency and second year Infectious Diseases specialty residency at Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital. My current practice interests include antimicrobial stewardship, transitions of care and multi-drug resistant organisms.
