My name is Samira Reyes Dassum and I am the Infectious Disease Director at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, RI.
I completed my Internal Medicine residency at Salem Hospital/Mass General Brigham followed by a Chief Resident year at Metro West Medical Center in Framingham, MA. I completed her Infectious Disease Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. My interests within Infectious Disease are antibiotic stewardship, diagnostic stewardship, antibiotic allergies, and quality improvement. My mission is to provide high-quality and patient-centered care while addressing social determinants of health, particularly in the non-English speaking patient population.
