Vanessa Kung, MD, PhD, is currently an infectious diseases fellow at the University of Colorado. She completed her bachelor’s in mathematics, doctorate in chemistry, and medical school at the University of Wisconsin. After that she journeyed to Atlanta, for global health training through the CDC, and a residency in internal medicine at Emory University.
