Having completed medical school in Dominican Republic and internal medicine residency in Rhode Island, I have a breath of experience in resource-rich and resource-limited settings. I am currently completing my infectious disease fellowship and leadership preventive medicine residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock where I plan on continuing my career focusing on antimicrobial stewardship, health equity and evaluating optimal antimicrobial therapy and the realms of complicated lung infections. As antimicrobials are a human shared resource, it is imperative we do our part in conserving them for future use.
