Zulfiya Tilloeva an epidemiologist at the City disinfection station. In the last 25 years, she has gained experience in rural health accessibility, HIV and viral hepatitis monitoring, TB data collection, analyses, reporting, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), cross-sectoral coordination, infectious disease surveillance, TB detection and prevention, and training of staff. Currently, Dr. Tilloeva is working on the capacity building of local epidemiologists within FETP Advance and Frontline in Tajikistan. Prior to this Dr. Tilloeva participated in the National drug resistance survey on tuberculosis, TB among the key populations, childhood multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and the risk of an unfavorable outcome of disease among children and vulnerable groups, and capacity building of local NGO and governmental HIV and TB services organizations, improvement of TB detection in rural and urban regions.
