Dr. Joseph J. Carreno Pharm.D., M.P.H. is an Associate Professor with Tenure at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. His research interests focuses on the application of technology and epidemiologic methods to evaluate and develop antimicrobial stewardship programs. Specifically, Dr. Carreno is interested in pharmacists’ roles in active surveillance, anti-infective related adverse event prevention, and bacterial epidemiology of infectious diseases.
