My name is Sam Michels, PharmD and I am a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Ascension St Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I performed this research while I was completing my final year of pharmacy school at The Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. My current pharmacy practice is at a smaller community hospital, however this project was performed at a large academic medical center. Antimicrobial stewardship is a passion of mine and I hope to continue my work in this field in my future years as a pharmacist.
