Mei H. Chang is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager of Infectious Diseases at the Montefiore Medical Center, Weiler Division-Einstein Campus. She obtained her PharmD from Long Island University Pharmacy in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Chang completed two post graduate pharmacy residency trainings at the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the Bronx. Prior to joining Montefiore, she served as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at the Bronx VA, rounding with both the infectious diseases and critical care services for over 10 years. Her research interests include antimicrobial resistance, infectious diseases pharmacotherapy outcomes, and antimicrobial stewardship. She is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists, and the New York City Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
