Attending in Infectious Disease

Dr. Sabirah Kasule is a an attending in her first year at BronxCare Health Systems. She completed her fellowship in Infectious Diseases as well as her residency at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix Arizona. She has always loved "bugs and drugs"; more specifically the drugs that kill the bugs, and is excited to have this be her lifelong career.
Her special interests include the flaviviruses such as the West Nile virus and St. Louis encephalitis virus and her favorite infectious disease of all time, bar none, is vibrio cholera (although hepatitis B is a close second).
