My name is Stephanie Cox and I am a Senior Research Scientist at Gilead Sciences in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been with Gilead for the past 8 years working in the HIV Clinical Virology department on HIV treatment and PrEP clinical studies and HIV Cure translational studies. Currently my primary focus in on the PURPOSE LEN for PrEP studies. Prior to Gilead I have worked at Myokardia, Cal Tech, Partners Center for Personalized Genetic Medicine, UCSC, and UCSF investigating a range of topics from Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and Clinical Genetic testing to enzyme kinetics and DNA repair mechanisms.
