Completed Medical School in 2015 at Universidad Central de Venezuela, in Caracas, Venezuela. After that, moved to the US and completed Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL. Currently, completing the 2nd year of the Infectious Diseases fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in conjunction with MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston TX. Interests in infectious diseases include infections in the immunocompromised hosts, viral infections and reactivation with emphasis on herpesvirus infections, and granulomatous infectious diseases. Hobbies include playing the piano, music appreciation, and informatics.
