Dr. Jitu Modi is married and proud parent of 2 children. He presently serves as the Director of Health Services and Department Head of Immunizations at Naval Health Clinic Annapolis. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He proudly served the United State Army as a frontline battalion surgeon. His military honors include The Meritorious Service Medal and 2 Bronze Stars.
