Stephanie Ann Richard, PhD, is an epidemiologist with a focus on respiratory infections at the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program (IDCRP). Although she is currently primarily researching SARS-CoV-2, she also enjoys spending time pondering influenza-related questions. Prior to joining IDCRP in 2019, she spent over a decade exploring the relationships among infectious diseases, diet, and growth and development in early childhood in low-income countries at the National Institutes of Health.
