Tim Jenkins, MD is an Infectious Diseases specialist, the Director of Antimicrobial Stewardship at Denver Health, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado. For the last 15 years he has been involved in the development and execution of antibiotic stewardship initiatives, stewardship research, and policies to improve antibiotic use at the local, state, and national levels. He is a co-author of the Infectious Diseases Society of America guideline for implementing antibiotic stewardship programs.
