Dr Patrick Tam is an assistant professor in the division of Infectious Diseases at Duke University. He completed his medical degree, internal medicine residency and infectious diseases training in Australia followed by a fellowship in transplant infectious diseases at Duke University Hospital. His main interests are infections in the immunocompromised host particularly those with hematological malignancies and infections following hematopoetic cell transplant. He is also an amateur ukulele player.
