Deb Kahal MD, MPH, FACP is a board-certified IM/ID physician and Director of Quality & Safety who has the honor of working at the one Ryan White funded HIV program - the William J Holloway Community Program - in Delaware. In addition to providing primary and specialty care to patients living with HIV, HCV and HIV prevention services, we also closely collaborate with community partners to expand HIV testing and hepatitis C care throughout the state. Deb Kahal is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College and loves undergraduate and graduate medical education. She is the incoming Medical Director for the program in 2023. In her free time, Deb can be found with her family, running, enjoying the great outdoors, or curled up reading a great book.
