Originally from India, I completed my Internal Medicine residency at New York Medical College - Westchester Medical Center. This was followed by General Infectious Diseases fellowship at Northwell Health and a further one-year fellowship in Transplantation Infectious Diseases at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System.
I am currently working as an Infectious Diseases physician with UnityPoint Health in Des Moines, Iowa.

I am interested in viral and fungal infections, as well as infections related to immunocompromised hosts.
