Dr. Parisa Khan, PharmD, BCIDP is an Infectious Diseases/Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, TX. She serves in the roles of Antimicrobial Stewardship Subcommittee Co-Chair and Outpatient Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist Champion at MEDVAMC. Her primary clinical practice area is in the Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) Clinic, where she works alongside a team of infectious diseases providers to ensure excellent care of veterans receiving IV antimicrobial therapy in the outpatient setting.
