Nancy L Havill MT(ASCP) MHA, CIC is an Infection Prevention Manager for Ambulatory Services for Yale New Haven Health System in CT. She has 20 years of experience in hospital epidemiology and infection prevention and is overseeing 300 ambulatory services for the health system. Nancy has conducted numerous research projects on the topics of environmental contamination of healthcare surfaces, no-touch room disinfection, new disinfectant evaluations and outbreak investigations. She is a past Program Director of APIC New England and is a currently serving on the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Infection Control. Nancy has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented her work both nationally and internationally.
