Ryan Boyland (he/him) is fourth-year medical student at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He graduated from Harvard University in 2017 with a major in Neurobiology and a minor in Astrophysics. He has been published in Open Forum Infectious Diseases and has a book chapter in COVID-19 Viral Sepsis: Early Recognition, Management, and Prevention forthcoming in Fall 2023. When not in classes, Ryan enjoys writing poetry, listening to and making music, and learning about health equity.
