Andrew P. Brogan (Andy), PhD is a director in US Health Outcomes at ViiV Healthcare. He has led this role since October 2021.
Andy has 15 years of US and global life science, market access, health economics, and outcomes research (HEOR) experience. Prior to joining ViiV, Andy was a director at AESARA, where he helped build the evidence and communication division of the startup HEOR and market acces agency in both the US and Europe by designing, leading, managing, and consulting on a variety of strategic HEOR and market access projects. Andy also spent 10 years at RTI-Health Solutions where he was an Associate Director with responsibilities included designing, leading, managing, and consulting on a variety of HEOR and market access projects.
To further his international experience, Andy spent 3 years living and working in Manchester, UK from 2017 to 2020.
Andy is a lab scientist by training with extensive research experience at the interface of chemistry and biology. He has published research articles in leading scientific journals, including Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie, Journal of Organic Chemistry, Structure, Journal of Molecular Biology, and Journal of Managed Care and Specialty Pharmacy and Pharmacoeconomics.
