Dr Michael Olthoff is a 2nd-year fellow in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the University of Iowa. He completed his medical school training at the University of Iowa (2015) and completed residency training in internal medicine also at the University of Iowa (2019.) Current research and interests include areas of infections in post-transplant and immunocompromised patients, quality improvement, and antimicrobial/diagnostic stewardship.
