Monika T Zmarlicka PharmD AAHIVP is an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist at Valleywise Health in Phoenix AZ, where she rounds with the ID team daily and is co-chair of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee within the institution. Additionally, she is involved in training pharmacists that are in the PGY1 pharmacy residency program at Valleywise. She obtained her PharmD degree from the University of Connecticut in 2013, completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy residency at Hartford Hospital in CT. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two cats.
