Dr. Ku is an infectious disease epidemiologist and post-doctoral research fellow in the Department of Research & Evaluation at Kaiser Permanente Southern California. Much of her research has included pulmonary infection due to nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), primarily focusing on treatment patterns and outcomes using large health care administrative data. Her current research interests include treatment patterns and outcomes of pulmonary NTM infection, vaccine safety and effectiveness, multi-drug resistance, influenza, SARS-CoV-2, and other respiratory infections.
