Chelsea Modlin, MD is a clinical/research fellow in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a post-doctoral fellow in global health ethics with dual appointments at the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and the Wellcome Centre for Ethics and Humanities at Oxford University. She currently studies equity and fairness within international academic partnerships with a particular focus on HIV/AIDS research and medical education collaborations.
