Dr Eleftheria Kampouri (MD) is an Infectious Diseases Physician and post-doctoral researcher at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Fred Hutch), Seattle, USA. She completed Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Diseases fellowship at Lausanne University Hospital in Switzerland. She subsequently obtained a highly competitive grant by the Swiss National Science Foundation and joined the group of Prof. Joshua A. Hill at the Fred Hutch, where she passionately studies CMV and other viral infections in patients receiving cellular immunotherapies including CAR-T-cell therapies and hematopoietic cell transplantation.
