Dr. Suman Pant, MBBS, MPH-Global Health is a Research Officer at Nepal Health Research Council. He is also an Associate Alumnus of Harvard Medical School.
Dr.Pant oversees several national and international clinical research projects in Nepal including Antimicrobial Resistance, WHO Solidarity Plus Trial, RECOVERY Trial, ASCOT ADAPT Trial, and Epidemic Intelligence. He has developed expertise as a clinical researcher with extensive clinical research project experience from concept to development and collaborating with clinical healthcare and industry study teams. He holds in-depth knowledge of ICH guidelines, SAE Reporting, and GCP auditing. Through his engagement in the Research and Development projects, his mission is to improve health for all by advancing science, accelerating health equity, and catalyzing innovation. Dr. Pant's research interest focuses on clinical trials of drugs and biologics; epidemiological studies and implementation studies. He has published over 15 articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
