I am Jangwoo Lee, a microbial ecologist studying the interfaces of human and environment in the perspective of One-Health. I was trained as a PhD in ETH Zurich, Switzerland, where I studied microbial ecology of antimicrobial resistance in anthropogenic and natural aquatic environments. I am currently affiliated with University of Calgary, Canada, where I am investigating wastewater-based surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
