Jessica Pickett, PhD, is a director with the US health outcomes team at GSK focused on early vaccine assets during Discovery and Phase 1/2. Prior to joining industry, Jessica advised international organizations, pharmaceutical companies and academic initiatives on financing mechanisms for pandemic vaccine development and delivery as a principal consultant for Tomorrow Global, LLC. She brings 15 years of experience bridging immunization research to policy, including previous roles with Gavi, the Center for Global Development, the Indian School of Business and the University of Pittsburgh. Jessica earned her doctorate in health economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on consumer uncertainty, provider incentives and corresponding demand for essential medical technologies in lower middle-income countries.
