Lindsay Taylor, MD, MS is an assistant professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, leads a telemedicine-based ID clinic at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital, and is the Antibiotic Stewardship Coordinator for Wisconsin Department of Public Health. She completed her combined residency, fellowship, and research training at UW-Madison, including a Masters in Population Health and Epidemiology. Her research primarily focuses on improving antibiotic use in non-inpatient settings, including nursing homes. Today, she will be presenting work from her master's thesis, titled "Association of Rurality and Identifying as Black with Receipt of Specialty Care among Patients Hospitalized with Diabetic Foot Ulcers: a Medicare cohort study."
