Riley Ostdiek is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His research experience has centered on infection prevention, working with the Nebraska Infection Control Assessment and Promotion Program and his mentor, Dr. Nicolas Cortes-Penfield, on projects evaluating efficacy of infection control education. Riley will graduate from medical school in May of 2023 and is currently applying for residency in internal medicine.
