Salma Alzaabi is an Emirati PGY1 Pharmacy Resident in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD). Alzaabi earned her bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from University of Sharjah then she joined CCAD as a graduate trainee for 8 months before she expressed her interest in applying for the Post-Graduate Pharmacy Residency Year-One (PGY1) Program at CCAD. Alzaabi presented several teaching and experience sharing presentations during her stay in CCAD, she’s worked on her main research project and many other requirements projects as a pharmacy resident. Her areas of interest include Cardiology, Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Ambulatory Care. Her professional goals are to obtain a position as a clinical pharmacist and to utilize her knowledge and leadership skills to empower and promote innovative ideas to advance the pharmacy practice in UAE.
