MSc Melissa Romano-Aguilar. Current student in Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí, México to obtain a PhD degree in Pharmacobiological Sciences. Her research interests include applied pharmacometrics, therapeutic drug monitoring and individualized medicine. Romano-Aguilar postgraduate studies have been focused on population pharmacokinetic research of immunosuppressants like mycophenolic acid in patients with lupus nephritis and antibiotics as meropenem in critically ill patients. She has also contributed to published studies of meropenem in nenonates, amikacin in elderly patients and mycophenolic acid in kidney transplant patients. She has presented the studies in different national and international ccongresses.
