Carmen Faulkner-Fennell, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP is the coordinator of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Prisma Health-Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the USC School of Medicine in Greenville, South Carolina.
Dr. Faulkner-Fennell received her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her pharmacy practice residency (2002-2003) and infectious diseases specialty residency (2003-2004) at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Her areas of interests include providing meaningful antimicrobial stewardship for multi-center healthcare systems by leveraging the electronic health record (EHR), diagnostic stewardship, pharmacy education, and treatment of gram-negative infections.
