Hai Nguyen-Tran, MD, is a current third year fellow in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and minor in Chemistry at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She is also a Global Health fellow through the Center for Global Health and pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Sciences degree. Her current research interests include global health and emerging infectious diseases. Some of her research projects include assessing the utility of immunologic surveillance for pandemic preparedness and evaluating the duration of shedding of Enterovirus D68 in the upper respiratory tract.
