Chanah Gallagher, PharmD, MS, BCPS is currently the Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Pharmacist at The Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado and then earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky. While at the University of Kentucky, Chanah also earned her Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences for her research investigating extensively drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro susceptibility and mechanisms of resistance. Chanah then went on to complete her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Internal Medicine Residencies at the University of Utah Health.
