Rebecca Levorson, MD, FAAP, FPIDS, is Division Director of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia and Inova Children's Hospital. In addition to working clinically in the care of children with possible infectious diseases, she works in the realm of hospital epidemiology for the last dozen years.
