Jiaying Hao is a doctoral candidate in DrPH program in Biostatistics, school of Public Health of University of Alabama at Birmingham. She's interested in predictive model of missed HIV visits and has been involved in studies in infectious diseases for five years. Jiaying has her master's in public administration from the University of Arizona, where she ignited her passion for public health. She has experience in working with NPOs in different fields. She hopes to improve the HIV retention in care by reduce the chance of missing HIV visit through developing a precise predictive model.
