I am Jeongjae Lee, currently training as resident in departement of internal medicine at Asan Medical Center, a 2,700-bed tertiary hospital in Seoul, South Korea. I got a bachelor's degree from Dong-A University Medical School and am currently in the master's degree in translational Medicine at University of Ulsan College of Medicine Science.
After completing resident training, I will serve as a military doctor in the Korean army for at least three years. Although It's not decided yet, I am considering a fellowship in infectious dieases and a PhD in translational Medicine in the future, and then I want to research on infection and immunity in immunocompromised patients, and contribute to advance of disease treatment through understanding immunological pathophysiology of infectious diseases.
