Tyler Luu, MD. Department of Medicine. Loyola University Health System
Dr. Luu is a third year internal medicine resident that the Loyla University Chicago. He holds a BS in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MD degree from the University of California, Riverside. His research interests focus on antibiobic stewardship, especially in the immunocompromised hosts, antimicrobial pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD). Dr. Luu works closely with the Loyola Department of Pharmacy to study antimicrobial therapeutic dosing. He is also the antibiotic stewarship house-staff representative at his institution. His current work includes developing guidelines and protocols for various infectious diseases.
