Scott H. James, MD is Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He serves as the UAB Peds ID Fellowship Program Director and is also Principal Investigator of the NIH-funded UAB Antiviral Screening Laboratory, where he leads a translational research program developing antiviral therapeutics.
