Emily Mosites, PhD MPH, is an epidemiologist at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and a lieutenant commander (LCDR) with the United States Public Health Service. She serves as the Senior Advisor on Special Populations to the Deputy Director for Infectious Diseases at CDC. Her work focuses on infectious diseases, homelessness, incarceration, and related issues. She completed the Epidemic Intelligence Service Program at the CDC Arctic Investigations Program. LCDR Mosites earned her PhD from the University of Washington School of Public Health and her MPH from the Yale University School of Public Health.
