Epidemiology PhD Student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health. My area of interest is specifically genetic and molecular epidemiology of infectious diseases. To this point, the focus of my work has been antibiotic susceptibility and resistance genes in drug resistant invasive candidiasis infections. Other work has involved hospital-acquired infection transmission visualizations and genomic surveillance of hospital acquired infections.
