Sarah McLeod is a Director of Medical Affairs at Entasis Therapeutics, a small biotech outside of Boston dedicated to the discovery and development of novel antibacterial agents to treat serious infections caused by drug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria. Sarah has over 10 years of experience in antimicrobial drug discovery, development and research, first at AstraZeneca and then at Entasis. Sarah obtained a BA in Biochemistry from Wellesley College, a PhD in Biological Chemistry from University of California, Los Angeles and postdoctoral training at Tufts University and Harvard Univeristy.
